At Royal Nectar, we take great care to ensure your order is handled with precision and arrives in perfect condition. Our handcrafted honeys are packaged securely and shipped from our facility in Rancho Mirage, California.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us directly at info@royal-nectar.com to explore possible shipping options.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is received.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service. We offer the following options:
* Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
* Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
* Local Pickup (coming soon to select Coachella Valley locations)
Order Tracking:
All orders come with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Warm Weather Advisory:
Our raw, unfiltered honeys are sensitive to extreme heat. During hot weather months, we may ship with added protective materials or adjust shipping schedules to minimize risk. Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.
Shipping Issues or Delays:
Royal Nectar LLC is not responsible for:
* Delivery delays caused by carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx)
* Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
* Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
If your package is missing or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and photos (if applicable).
