Refund Policy

At Royal Nectar LLC, we take great pride in crafting premium, small-batch honey and infused elixirs with care and precision. Due to the perishable nature of our products and in accordance with food safety standards, all sales are final.

 

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Refunds or Replacements May Be Issued If:

 

* Your order arrived damaged in transit

* You received the wrong product

* Your item was never delivered, and tracking confirms a delivery failure

 

In these cases, please email us within 5 days of delivery at info@royal-nectar.com with the following:

 

* Your order number

* A description of the issue

* Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

 

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

 

* Change of mind after purchase

* Delay in delivery caused by the shipping provider

* Products opened, used, or altered after delivery

* Claims made more than 5 days after delivery

 

How Refunds Are Processed:

 

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or offer a replacement product, based on your preference and inventory availability. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
